Kendall was previously with Century 21 Shaw Realty’s Avila office, has been licensed since February 2011, and is also a Florida-licensed attorney. She focuses primarily on short sale and pre-foreclosure product, and routinely negotiates successful short sales on behalf of her clients as well as the clients of other agents.
